Rest and Recovery time

After the half marathon, its been a time for some rest to recover from all the accumulated stress. I just did a 15K easy run last weekend with no runs on weekdays. From this week, I plan to introduce a run during the weekdays also. Hope to go back to my normal schedule by the second week of November.

And for those of you interested in the Jan 15th Mumbai Marathon, registrations start Oct 27th, that is, TOMORROW! So, be the early bird if you love to run!
