Training progress

I continue to run on weekends, having started with 9K and have gradually moved to 18K with small increments. Following has been the buildup for the Hutch Delhi Half marathon:

– 9K
– 12K
– 15K
– 15K (on road)
– 18K (2:03)

I plan to run 21K next week and then go into the taper leading to the event. This weekend running is the only running I have been doing this time around, no weekday runs at all! But I am hopeful that I would fare not too badly. I expect to clock a min of 2:20, and with some luck and weather permitting, I might even better my timing of 2:12 from the last years event.
